Check-out instructions:
- Place your key card or physical key securely inside the mailbox. Ensure it is property returned to its original location.
- Before closing the mailbox, take a clear photo of the key or card inside, and send it to the property's contact number listed in your booking confirmation.
Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date charge 50%, 7 days charge 100%, No show 100% charge.
A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Child policies:

Cot and extra bed policies:

We loved the facilities, amenities and location though the room was a bit small but enjoyed our stay. Hope they will keep the same standard of cleanliness with the same price. Check in time was exactly 3pm and had to wait in the hot lobby. Hope they'd provide us more comfortable waiting place even before check-in.
