Points Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
1.1 By completing the onboarding process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to participate in the Loyalty Program – Points (“Program”). Participation is subject to the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 As a Program member, you are eligible to earn points for successful transactions, subject to the transaction categories specified in the FAQ. Points redemption is also governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Members may participate in campaigns and receive additional rewards and privileges, subject to the respective campaign's Terms and Conditions and availability.
1.4 Membership and points are strictly non-transferable. Attempts to transfer or sell membership or points will result in immediate termination.
1.5 Membership is free. However, company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or suspend members found in breach of these Terms and Conditions, including fraudulent activities or behaviour deemed detrimental to the Program or the company.
1.6 Members are required to fulfil the minimum annual night stay requirements to maintain their current tier status. If a member fails to meet the required criteria within the calendar year, their tier will be downgraded by one level at the start of the following year. The available membership tiers are: Classic, Premium, Luxe, and Prestige.
However, if the Prestige Member has accumulated 151 nights and above, Member tier will be reduced by 10 nights (RN) instead of a full downgraded.
The annual night stay requirements for each tier can be found in the Members Benefit section. Members who are downgraded will have the opportunity to regain their original tier by fulfilling the required nights in the following calendar year.
Additionally, tier status will be reset annually based on the member's join date. The tier will be assessed and adjusted accordingly, with the calculation based on each calendar year.
Remark: Company reserves the right to modify the tier structure or requirements with prior notice.
2. Redemption Points
2.1 Earn Point
Members are eligible to earn points on spending made through the Five Senses's mobile app and website.
For any eligible purchases or transactions, including, but not limited to, walk-in bookings, where the option to input a membership ID is provided, members must enter their valid membership ID at the time of the transaction. Failure to do so will result in the transaction being ineligible for points earning.
On Five Senses's mobile app, points are awarded at ten (10) points per RM1 spent, with a minimum spend of RM1 to earn points.
On Five Senses's website, points are awarded at five (5) points per RM1 spent, with a minimum spend of RM1 to earn points.
Points for eligible transactions will be credited to the member's account within 24 hours after check out.
2.2 Redeem Point
Points can be redeemed for items displayed in the redemption catalogue available on the Five Senses's mobile app and website. Company reserves the right to modify or replace catalogue items or values without prior notice. Points will be deducted upon redemption confirmation, and no adjustments will be made after redemption.
2.3 Points Expiry
Points earned before 30 April 2027 will expire on 30 April 2027. Unused rewards and points will be automatically forfeited, regardless of account status.
2.4 Non-Cash Exchange
Points are non-exchangeable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be gifted or transferred. Forfeited points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
2.5 Fraudulent Activity
Company reserves the right to adjust or cancel points, suspend or terminate memberships, and take legal action with or without notice if fraudulent, erroneous, abusive, or dishonest point-related activities are suspected.
2.6 No Cancellations
Points, once redeemed, cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. Any disputes over redeemed products or services must be addressed directly with the supplier. Rewards are subject to supplier and third-party terms and conditions.
2.7 No Warranties
Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement regarding redeemed items or services.
2.8 Supplier Delays
Company is not liable for delays or failures in the delivery of rewards or third parties.
2.9 Refund Transactions
Points earned from transactions that are subsequently refunded or cancelled will be deducted at the company's discretion.
3. Termination of Membership
3.1 Automatic Termination
Membership will automatically terminate upon delete the account.
3.2 Redeeming Points Before Termination
Members may redeem remaining points before deleting account, as unredeemed points will be forfeited after deleted.
3.3 No Carry-Forward
Points and membership cannot be carried forward or reinstated upon membership reinstatement or renewal.
3.4 Discretionary Suspension or Termination
Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for breach of these Terms and Conditions or at its sole discretion. No claims or compensation will be entertained.
4. General
4.1 Binding Agreement
By participating in this Program, members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including amendments.
4.2 Dispute Resolution
Decisions by Company regarding disputes are final and binding. Members waive claims for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from participation in the Program.
4.3 Program Amendments
Company may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or its features, benefits, or privileges at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be amended without prior notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
4.5 Notices
Notices under these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Five Senses’s website or any other platform introduced.
4.6 Company Rights
Subject to applicable laws, Company reserves the right to:
5. Disclosure of Information to Third-Party Suppliers
5.1 Purpose
Information may be disclosed to third-parties to facilitate reward delivery or service fulfilment.
5.2 Third-Party Responsibility
Once disclosed, members are responsible for liaising directly with third parties regarding their use of the information.
5.3 Company Responsibility
Company disclaims liability for third-parties misuse of disclosed information and ensures compliance with its Privacy Notice for data under its control.
