- In you are planning to arrive after 19:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.

- Prior to your departure, kindly return your key access card to the reception desk. This will help us finalize your check-out process.
Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date charge 50%, 7 days charge 100%, No show 100% charge.
A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
