Special check-in instructions:

1. The front desk is open daily from 08:00 AM - 22:00 PM.
2. Guests are required to show a photo ID/Passport upon check-in.
3. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions during office hours from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM.
4. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.

From 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Check-out instructions:

1. Place your key card or physical key securely inside the mailbox. Ensure it is properly returned to its original location.
2. Before closing the mailbox, take a clear photo of the key or card inside, and send it to the property's contact number listed in your booking confirmation.

Full refund for cancellations 14 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days before check-in, and 100% charge for cancellations within 7 days or in the event of a no-show.

A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Child policies:

1. Children of any age are welcome.
2. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group to your search.

Cot and extra bed policies:

1. Prices for cots and extra beds are can select as part of the additional services offered, and these selected services will be charges into the total price of their stay.
2. The number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.
3. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Smoking is not allowed.

Guests must be quiet between 21:00 PM and 06:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.
