Cancellation

Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date charge 50%, 7 days charge 100%, No show 100% charge. All payments made via eGHL or credit card are subject to 3% MDR charges, which are out refundable.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
